Grove Princess Apartments

El lugar es malisimo deprimente, lleno de cucarachas y humedad horrible el maneger no resuelve nada y no sabe ni donde esta parado. La administration son unos estafadores y ladrones inventan travas y cosas para hacerte la vida de cuadritos y no devolverte el dinero del fondo, cinseramente no se lo recomiendo ni a mi peor enemigo yo escribo esto para que nadie caiga en su trampa sin saber la verdad.

Apartments are less than 400 Square feet are roach infested and the landlord will not fix anything. My mother who also has an apartment here has not had a working stove in almost a year. Very little hot water. The toilet broke a few months ago and I was told that I needed to replace it myself. Of all the people I have talked with no one has ever received a deposit back. The company simply states that you should sue them. Too bad so sad! In addition none of the fire alarms work either. Stay away.... If I could find somewhere else to live that I could afford I would have moved long time ago. I will bring suit against these scumbags soon as I can afford it and a new apartment because I am sure they will evict me when I bring these matters to authorities attention. Read More
