Think twice about renting
No assigned parking we have to park pretty far from our apartment there's a bug issue I find myself cleaning away ants everyday. Maintenance doesn't do anything there's a couple problems that still not have been fixed.dont plan on going to the pool on the weekends there's a family that goes every weekend that are rude and play loud music on a speaker and there's no chairs left or room in the pool

Jade Gardens
I have been living here my whole entire life. Living here has been great, I am able to get around to places because of how close they are, it is also a very clean area. Staff is very attentive. I am very pleased living here.

Don't live here
Termite infestation in the apartment! Disgusting! Also have now gone a month without air conditioning and they refuse to call an air condition specialist outside of their own staff! One of the staff, Jackie was especially rude and condescending throughout trying to work out a lease renewal AND throughout trying to figure out the air conditioning! Glad this is my last month here.
