If you have hight standards look elsewhere
I thought because it was a gated apartments with access to the units via key fob that it would be decent although the neighborhood was bad. Wrong! The gate which allows access into the garage is always broken. Once it is fixed some guest and residents know how to manually open the gate which causes a security hazard. Even though a bar-code is required to enter the garage it doesn't work at times. Guest parking is a joke. Only 6 spots for a 13 floor building. During business hours guest can not... park inside the gated guess area, another joke. The hallway smells like cigarette and marijuana smoke at times. They do try and keep the place clean but some of the residents just dont understand keeping your living area clean. The kids playground is nice and the indoor play room is nice as well but it is only open during office hours. The gym is another joke. The weight machine is always broken. There is one treadmill and 3 elliptical bikes. Ive never used the business area so i can not comment on it. Once my lease is up i will be on the first truck out.
