RUN!

The staff is nice but barely speaks English. They announce all emergency/fire alarm announcements through the building primarily in Spanish. The elevators are always giving out on us. We don't have access to the amenities advertised to us (online and in the brochures) on weekends; i.e; "The playground area" considering the fact that kids are home on WEEKENDS but can't use the playground. Parking in the garage is never available if you work afternoon shifts and come home between 7pm-7am.... Lafayette has dealings with a local tow company that randomly comes in and tows your car for illegitimate reasons. Apartment space is small and limited. Appliances are all outdated. Rent is guaranteed to go up every 6mos- 1yr here. It's a waste of money and not worth the constant increase for what seems like mortgage payments for a shack. RUN!

Private and Happy Living.

I have lived in Lafayette for many years. I never had a problem with any neighbors. The place is always quite and clean. About roaches and rats? You have to understand that not everyone keeps their unit spotless clean. The community has a strict policy for those units that are not kept clean. I never seen a rat in my life inside the building. I'm very happy with the leasing staffs. They are always there to answer any questions or concerns. Thanks, John and Andres.

i'm a humane being

ok, my apartment is a nice apartment but the building has no sound proof because of that i hate my apartment.
the people on top of me or next to me i believe they are alien cause they making noise that humane being don't usually make, no lie.
if you have something that need to fix in your apartment it take them almost a week or two before you can see a maintenance show up.
i spend a week without hot water i had to get mad at them in order for them to send someone to fix my water heater that's...
suck, no lie.
the parking lot gate always stop working when you going to work or coming home its either open halfway or its don't open at all then you have no choice but to park on the street. one time i had to take a day off because of the gate that could not be open, no lie my boss thought i was lying to him making lame excuses. they just raise my rent for two bedroom they charge $850 plus $45 for cable plus $45 for washer dryer i use to pay $850 plus $45 cable wish is $895 and now its $900 a month that's no good men, no lie.

Very Informative and professional website!!!....

I must say that I can't find any faults with this website it's quite-impressive. It list all of the typical and basic information that you would need. The apartments seem very nice also. Two thumbs up!!!!
