Great building, even better staff

Love living here! Great location with lots of amenities and a good community. The staff is top notch - Fernando, Keith, and the maintenance team are all super sweet, attentive and there to help with whatever comes up.

Great building, Great Staff!

Been here for a year and a half and the building is great and very well cared for. Fernando, Keith, and the entire maintenance team are all super sweet and helpful whenever something arises.

Best Location in Miami

Love living here. Great amenities and location is extremely convenient. The office and maintenance team are amazing, friendly and very responsive. The renovations and upkeep of the property is top notch.

Verified Renter

I have been here since the building open. I feel the building is deteriorating. From strong fowl orders, broken elevators, garage doors and gates always breaking down and taking long periods of time to be repaired, floors being cleaned in a timely and routine fashion, my hallway rug is very dirty and needs to be deep cleaned. The walls need to be painted in my hallway.
