Navette is a gorgeous property with nice amenities however there are constant issues with the elevators.

Has a lot of potential , but the management make it difficult to enjoy living here, elevators are always broken, be ready to take the stairs, no visitor spots on weekends due to restaurants valet taking up all visitor spots, bad water pressure, very volatile rates

I’ve lived there for 2 months and I’m counting the days for my lease to be over so I can move. The elevators do not work and the fetch system for packages is a nightmare. And no one picks up after their pets.

My experience with Navette on the Bay has been great. The property is very secure, as a woman I feel safe. Everyone is very pleasant and you feel a sense of community when walking around. The building is very well kept and the leasing associates are extremely responsive and helpful. Overall great experience moving into Navette on the Bay.
