Noisy place
I have been living on this buiding for the last 14 years. It has a great location and great amenities. However, it's a hell hole if you are planning to work from home. There is always some type of construction and from 9:30AM to 4PM approx.. you will find an NOISE orchestra of drilling, hammering, etc. I have to have ear plugs at all times. It's been like this for the last year. Also, constructions projects made by the Association, usually take double the time as planned (we did not have a pool,... for example, for almost a year). And in top of that, elevators are always broken, so sometimes the waiting time to get one is Looooooong.
If you work outside, it might not be that bad.
