Wonderful Property, Location & Property Manager!

Our daughter was here while completing her Master's, and it felt like a safe and convenient area of Miami. The property is well maintained, and the Property Manager, Esteban, is wonderful! This was really appreciated as it's not always the case. The residents were all very nice too--from what I hear.

Fabulous apartment and location!

Apartments are spacious and very well maintained. Common areas a really nice and the residents are welcoming. A perfect Miami location in walking distance to many great restaurants and stores. Esteban, the building manager, is super helpful and keeps the building beautiful and running well. A great place to live!

Best Apartment Building in Miami!

We loved living in Porta Di Oro Apartments! The location (right near Biscayne Bay) was incredibly central & walkable to Midtown. Our apartment had a stunning view & was well-maintained. The building has great amenities, too (gym, office, pool, overnight security). The best part, though, was how well taken care of we were by the property manager & staff. Any time we needed something or had a problem, our concerns were immediately & completely addressed. Esteban & the staff at Porta Di Oro can't… do enough for you. It really was the best experience & we'd return in a minute if we were still living in Miami!

Outside looking ok but inside every apartment has molded

I am a tenet last ten years since 2009. The neighborhood nice, location very nice but problem is the inside of the apartment. Mold everywhere. First look anyone like to come and after come inside and staying there they can see and feel the situation the wall ,ceiling. While inform the manager , he said the landlord does not want to do that or said turn on AC 24/7. It seems every tenet must turn on the AC to protect the wall mold, so funny .The management very poor they don’t want to fixing.… Every single time they commitments they come to fixing but they do nothing. I am still suffering.

In response to your comment. Management has made multiple attempts to coordinate a good time for the service crew to enter your unit however, you are not available during normal business hours. If you don't allow access, we cannot enter to remedy any… situation you are experiencing. Also we have moved you to another unit because of this same complaint and the problem followed you to that unit as well. We live in South Florida and there is a lot of humidity. If you refuse to vent your apartment in some way, humidity will continue to occur. We will continue to call you and see when it is possible to enter the unit and address your issues. Thank you
