Somay Leon LOVE IT HERE

I have been a tenant since it opened and I will continue to renew my lease again and again. My family and I are very happy here. Elizabeth, who is the manager, always prioritizes the tenants and is always reachable and willing to go above and beyond to ensure you experience a safe, clean, and friendly environment. Whenever we have had any issues or concerns, Elizabeth has been more than willing to discuss them and to find a suitable solution. Raul, our maintenance, is extremely attentive to our… needs. The building provides security services 24/7 both with in person and video recording. I highly recommend renting at Montecassini apartments.

Very nice place to live in, the manager Elizabeth and the rest of the staff there are great very friendly and professionals. They will help you out the best way possible in all your needs at Montecassini, I've been living there going for 3 years and I can't complain, the apartments are beautiful inside, neighbors are friendly. And I have never seen pest or roaches in that apartment or building, very well maintenance.
Great place to live in, very nice commercial area where there's anything you… need close to the area. I would highly recommend Montecassini apartments to anyone who is planning in living in a well rounded home!

This is a brand-new building! Everything is new, the apartments are very spacious. My favorite part is the pool they have a sitting area in the shade and tanning chairs. Elizabeth the property manager is a sweetheart, she goes above and beyond to help with any problems. So far we are loving everything about this building and our apartment.
