Centrally located, overall positive experience
I've lived at Stadium Tower for 5 years.
Pros - Centrally located (I can be downtown, beach, Brickell, Wynwood, Midtown, Coral Gables, Coconut Grove in 10-15 minutes; it's proximity to I-95 means I get to work in North Miami-Dade in 25 minutes, and the 836 ramp is right there in case I need to go west...also 20-25 minutes). The location and upkeep of the building have been the best part. I've never had a major problem with management, security, maintenance (inside or outside), pest control... (I've had to kill maybe 5 bugs on my own) - they are all pretty friendly and do their jobs well and promptly. Management is easy to get in touch with via email or phone. The front desk calls whenever I get a package or a guest comes. Resident parking is super secure and you have a designated spot - never any issues. There is also designated guest parking and if that is full, there's plenty of parking in the surrounding neighborhood (unless there's a Marlins game). There's a sundeck and gym (though I've never used the latter). Washer/dryer in each unit is great; our washer broke once and they replaced it within a day.
Cons - Still a little too pricey for the area in my opinion (we are still in Little Havana but it seems that ridiculous rent increases are the unfortunate norm in Miami), no pool though the sundeck/BBQ area is nice, sometimes noisy from highway and Marlins Stadium, not a whole lot to walk to in the neighborhood (other than Stadium, Walgreens, 2 sports bars, Subway and Wendy's) as it's mostly residential.
Overall, I would recommend it and had a great experience since moving in. You can't beat the location for the price (which is still cheaper than most other places east of I-95).
