I filled out the application, and payed the fee and refundable deposit, which was a substantial amount of money. When I found another place and wanted my refundable deposit refunded, they ghosted me until after the deadline to have it refunded. Be very careful with these people. Glad I didn’t rent with them,

My first experience alone. The worst. Thank God my lease is almost up. This place have roaches and bed bugs coming out the walls. I thought it was only me. I found out more than one tenant has been complaining about bed bugs. Unfortunately I read reviews on this place way after the fact. And MORE ppl complained about bed bugs. I have been creeped out since. The picture you are looking at is NOT the sunshine lakes now. Kids mess up your car. Security let ANYBODY in. It's easy access In these... apartments. I have seen people jump the back wall and get right into the apartments. Their have been gunshots on 3 occasions within the apartments.i was SCARED for my life.Maintenance is a JOKE. If you're looking for a place to stay where you are comfortable, affordable, safe, and where the office workers are friendly and helpful, Sunshine lakes Apartment is the place for you. There's a park and an aftercare program that's affordable for parents that works after 5, where their kids can attend. Securities at the facility 24 hour, a relaxing lake view in the back and for the people that lives in the complex are respectful and they do don't bother anybody.

it's a nice place to live plenty of parking there's a lake in the back washer and dryer nearby central a/c dishwasher in the unit tile floors 2 bedroom 2 bathroom

I presently have a studio apartment. It is very spacious and except for the bathroom, it is a complete open space plan. Though the kitchen is not that big, it has five closets, which is something lots of big apartment do not have. My only complaint is it's carpeted from top to bottom and I am asthmatic. There are 6 schools of every kind (from nurseries to MDCC-college) within a 5 mile radius. Also, the place is close to I-95 and there are plenty of fast food restaurants around here.
