Horrible
They will not let your guests spend the night because they won’t give an overnight pass for cars. What apartment building does not allow you to have guests overnight. How do you oh to live somewhere and then they control at what time you can have people over at YOUR place. This community is ridiculous.

Worse place to visit a family or friend,
I went to visit my family they have an apartment at this place and the employees that welcome you by the gate are very rude and they can not give a visitor pass to park your car overnight, they give you a small piece of paper with the time you have to leave (2 AM) or they call the truck to remove your car off the property.
Imagine, tell your family that they can not spend the night in your house after they have driven many hours from anywhere in the country.
I'll never come back to my family's... apartment.
