The Ellington

This use to be such a nice place but not anymore. It was literally a shoot out on my floor. The washer and dryer is always broken, you cant have visitors because the don't allow it, its never parking, the garbage over flows in the the disposal room, maintenance doesn't speak english and the elevator is always broken on top of the roach infestation. I want out of my lease

All building are ugly they only care about the money not you safety or your child the place smell bad. When you complain about something they don’t do nothing about it.

I’ve NEVER dealt with a leasing office with such an atrocious attitude. The little man who works in the main office has the attitude of the devil and is combative. They tell you one thing and then change the story. The sad part of this is I’ve only been here 2 days!! This complex would be MUCH BETTER if they just throw the entire office staff away.

I hate this community because from the 1 week of my lease in August I have complained about roaches and things not working as it should. Some request have been resolved however although pest control is included with the rent I have personally paid for pest control and the roaches are a health concern for my family and I. The building in its entirety must be fumigated. I’ve never lived somewhere with the amount of roaches and to think I’ve only been here since 8/2017 and complained 8/2017!

this apartment is a scam i was was unjustified evicted knowing i had all my receipt showing that i didn't hold them any money, later after they find my money order then they decided to trying to fix it while i had an eviction in court.
