An Exceptional Leasing Experience From Start To Finish

Moving can be a stressful process, but my experience at Yacht Club at Brickell was exceptional from the very beginning. From my first conversation through the entire leasing process, I felt welcomed, appreciated, and confident that I had chosen the right community.

I want to give special recognition to my leasing agent, Kayla Fraginals, who went above and beyond throughout the entire experience. She was incredibly knowledgeable, responsive, and patient with all of my questions. What stood out… most was her genuine willingness to help and the personal attention she provided. She made what could have been a complicated process feel smooth and enjoyable.

The community itself is beautiful, the location is amazing, and the professionalism of the staff truly reflects the quality of Yacht Club at Brickell. It’s clear that creating a positive resident experience is a priority here.

After many years of leasing apartments, I can honestly say this has been one of the best experiences I’ve had. I’m excited to call Yacht Club at Brickell my new home and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great community with an outstanding team.

Stay Away

Management is terrible. I lived here for 2.5 years. Location is great but building and amenities are dated. But the big problem is the indecency and bad faith of the management company. My original contract had a mistake in my favor (much lower rent price). I accepted a contract modification to correct the mistake. When I noticed a different mistake but this time in their favor, they did not show the same good faith to correct the mistake. Customer service is terrible and it’s impossible to talk… to someone with some level of empathy. I highly recommend staying away from this property or any property managed by this company. There are far better options.

Messy Management

I have no Idea why they have 5 stars. The security is zero, the receptionists do not do their job, staying always in their phones and not knowing about what is going on. The adm. is using 3rd party for security so they say they don't have control over it. The delivery is very messy, they loose packages often and you have to fight your way in the delivery room to find you package in the middle of 1000 other ones. The alarm is always going off. Any repair in the pool or building is not notified in… email so we never know what is going on...Really...Stay away if you can.
