Huntington at Sundance

After searching through a myriad of different apartment listings, it was as if God had sent us over to Huntington at Sundance. The apartments showcased modern appliances and layouts, and the amenities all followed suit. When we called to speak to someone on site, we had the pleasure of speaking with Kedhelyn who you’ll notice in many of the other reviews listed. She took the time to answer our list of at least 20 questions and made us feel confident in our decision to submit an application. My family and I have lived here for 4 years almost and they have done NOTHING about a rodent and cat infestation. The neighbors upstairs have been feeding STRAY cats for the last 6 months and have been told MULTIPLE times that they are NOT ALLOWED but have yet to do ANYTHING ELSE to get them to STOP FEEDING STRAYS. we have a rat/opossum/and MULTIPLE cats hanging out and getting into everyone’s trash DAILY. Unless you want to get rabies or some other kind of disease DO NOT RENT HERE. The manager... and office personnel have been called almost weekly now for 6 months from at least 4 different neighbors complaining. The cats are spraying on doors up to the second level now. The rats and other rodents are coming at night and it is unknown what kind of diseases they carry. Soon, there will be litters of kittens with multiple stray cats hanging around being fed on THE APARTMENTS PROPERTY. The neighbors have been videotaped numerous times and shown to management and they STILL Won’t do anything about it. The staff are incompetent and need to be fired period. Dumbest people on Planet Earth they are rude don't know anything and i mean anything about damages that were done before I got my place they still charged me they are going to have to get that money from my cold dead hands. Cappy made apartments can here people talking and stomping all day long when you tell the office about it they say they will do something about it but dont. I wouldn't recommend this place to my worst enemy. If you... want to rent from incompetent people who don't care and just want your money rent from this garbage of a place. Huntington at Sundance is a great apartment community best decribed as quiet, clean, and reputable; Huntington is conveniently located next to multiple shopping plazas and is minutes away from SR-60 and I-4 making it easy to get to Tampa, Orlando, Brandon, and Plant City. Maintenance is always prompt and the office staff always helpful!
