It features a counter that opens up behind the sink for easy access. The second guest bedroom, to the right of the front door, contains a standard bed with an adjustable posture-pedic mattress and a cable-enabled TV. The den/third bedroom offers two twin beds and a nightstand, while the family room and dining room provide views of the lanai, lake, and golf course. The main bedroom features a queen-sized posture-pedic bed, a cable-enabled TV, and an en-suite bathroom with a frosted glass-enclosed shower.
There is an additional golf membership transfer fee and a processing fee due to Cypress Woods, which are not included with the booking fees and must be paid separately. The condo comes with one assigned undercover parking space and additional guest parking is available in the complex.
Cypress Woods is centrally located in the heart of north Naples, just off Immokalee Road and a few minutes from I-75. Designed by renowned Florida architect Gordon G. Lewis, the golf course offers beautiful views with cypress heads, native pine forests, rolling fairways, and elevated tees and greens. The community also features a scenic walking trail and on-site dining options including the main dining room, terrace patio, and grille. The property is about a 30-minute drive to Fort Myers International Airport, with local bike rental shops and Uber and Lyft services readily available.
Pets are not allowed. This is a self-check-in property, and access is contingent on signing a lease and HOA paperwork and approval. Guests will receive a unique code for check-in after HOA approval and full payment. It is recommended to have a vehicle as Naples is a large metro area.
