There is one assigned covered parking spot on the ground floor next to the stairs leading up to the second-floor condo. A small storage unit inside the carport includes four beach chairs and one beach umbrella for guests to use during their stay. As an end unit, it has additional windows on the right side and more privacy with neighbors on only one side. There is a privacy wall at the end of the front patio.
