The fully equipped kitchen is perfect for preparing meals, with additional seating for four at the large kitchen island. Enjoy evenings grilling under the hanging lights at the oversized grill and covered gazebo, or dine at one of the two outdoor dining tables. Both the family and living rooms feature Smart TVs and comfortable seating. The dining table is oversized and ideal for group meals.
A golf cart service to the beach is available. Beach cruisers are provided for guests.
Situated on an over-sized lot, this property is in very close proximity to two world-class beaches, incredible restaurants, and plentiful shopping. This prime location in Naples Park / Vanderbilt Beach is less than 1 mile from upscale shopping, dining, and entertainment. Beach cruisers are provided for a casual cruise to the beach or to grab a bite to eat. Sidewalks are abundant, and bike and running paths are numerous.
Quiet hours are observed between 9:00 PM and 8:00 AM. The minimum renter's age requirement is 26 years old. Only confirmed booked guests are allowed, and visitors must be approved by the host. Smoking is not permitted on the property at any time, and outside music is prohibited. The booking adult must stay as a guest during the entire rental period. If guests bring more people than originally booked or fail to disclose a pet, the reservation will be canceled, and all guests will need to depart immediately without a refund. There is a $100 fee for excessive garbage or failure to set it out for collection. No diving in the swimming pool, and guests must rinse sand off from the beach before entering the pool.
