This property is situated on an oversized lot within very close proximity to two world-class beaches. Incredible restaurants and shopping are plentiful, making this the perfect location to enjoy all the Naples area has to offer. Upscale shopping, dining, and entertainment are less than 1 mile away. The home comes equipped with beach cruisers for a casual cruise down to the beach or to grab a bite to eat. Sidewalks are present on many streets, and bike and running paths are numerous.
Quiet hours are observed between 9:00 PM and 8:00 AM. The minimum renter's age requirement is 26 years old. Only confirmed booked guests are allowed, and visitors require host approval. Smoking is not permitted on the property at any time, and outside music is prohibited. The booking adult must stay as a guest during the entire rental period. If guests bring more people than originally booked or fail to disclose a pet, the reservation will be canceled, and all guests will need to depart immediately without a refund. There is a $100 fee for excessive garbage or failure to set out for collection. No diving in the swimming pool, and guests are asked to rinse sand off from the beach before entering the pool.
