We just moved in Saturday and the staff in the leasing office has been amazing. We love our new apartment. Water pressure is great, AC works great, flooring is pretty and etc.

Property management could do more to take care of the property. The community could do more to modernize the community. Also maintenance could do better with communicating to residents on when they’re coming and communicating on requests and follow through. Office staff could do better with taking residents concerns seriously .

Great job on the renovations. I really like the place, but the walls and floors apparently have no insulation. The neighbor above me is very loud; she stays awake making noise every night until between 1:30 and 3 am. I have to get up for work by 6am. It is hard to have a good attitude about living here when I get no sleep!

The staff has been excellent. From the first time I looked at an apartment walked into the office. I was greeted with warmth and genuine hospitality, which is one of the reasons I chose this community.

Staff is awesome! Maintenance is a little slow with completing repairs. Neighbors a little noisy sometimes I like the dog park area, even though I do not have a pet at this time. I wish everyone would pick up after their dog.
