Not happy with the swimming pool. Still no lounge chairs and the gazebo has torn cushions. When I went swimming Saturday a light that was in the swimming pool was hanging on the edge of the pool deck. No very safe I’m thinking! I/ we pay a lot of money to be in this community our amenities should be taken care of.

My husband and I have now been living at Meadow Brook for approximately 8 months and are 100% planning on renewing our lease since we absolutely love it here! The amenities such as the clubhouse, pool and gym are always accessible, everyone at Meadow Brook is friendly and has a sense of community. At the same time, the staff is absolutely incredible! They are kind, positive, attentive and always strive to provide the absolutely best service. We love everything about this community especially… since it has seen us grow from fiance's to newlyweds. We look forward to continuing to live in such a safe and peaceful community and to all of the wonderful activities set up by the Meadow Brook staff.

Mi experiencia

El personal de la oficina y mantenimiento es gentil y atento. Un equipo que te ayuda en tus requerimientos. He conseguido respuestas y han solventado mis solicitudes. Las instalaciones en general les falta un poco de cariño, ya pienso que es un asunto que debería corregir la compañía de esta residencia, Está situada para un fácil acceso a las vías principales. Es un lugar tranquilo y agradable, sin problemas para el parking, tiene áreas de esparcimiento, Pool incluso para tus mascotas. Buen… precio para la renta y una buena opción para vivir !!!

Poor management and communication

I’ve lived here for several years and the decline has been noticeable. It’s advertised as “luxury apartments,” but the experience doesn’t match. Ongoing issues with maintenance and zero communication. Pool furniture has been gone for months, and the pool was closed for an extended time. Valet trash is inconsistent at best, the grounds are not well maintained, and there has been no pest control for months while still being charged for it.

Management rarely responds and there’s little… follow-through on anything. For what you pay, this level of service is unacceptable.

I love living at Meadow Brooke, the office staff is friendly, so is Julio the maintenance guy. The only issue is, I know the pool is closed, but I still do t have access to the workout room.
