I’ve lived here for a while and, overall, it’s been an okay place to live, but there are a few things I think could be improved. It can be difficult to reach the leasing office by phone, so better communication would be appreciated. Parking is also limited, and it’s common to have to park several buildings away, especially when trailers or recreational vehicles are using regular parking spaces. I’ve also experienced ongoing noise from neighbors playing loud music, and I wish there was an easier... way to address repeated concerns. Maintenance has been hit or miss depending on the request, but I hope consistency continues to improve. This community has a lot of potential, and with better communication, parking, and attention to resident concerns, it could be an even better place to live.

I appreciate the efforts to make updates. Maintenance is fairly speedy. The stairs are a killer when moving bigger furniture in or out since they are narrow, depending on the building. The dog park could be a bigger space since there is a larger field around it but happy to have one!

The pools have been closed for over a month, we pay for them and can't use them, half the gym equipment is broken due to lack of maintenance and they never fix it, but they still charge the rent at the They are great.
