Runnnnn
Moving here has been a complete nightmare and an incredibly frustrating experience. On move-in day, the apartment was totally unacceptable—it was filthy and not ready at all. They claims to 'spray' and prepare the units, but the place is infested with frogs and mosquitoes. To make matters worse, major appliances and structures are broken: the oven is broken, the cabinets are ruined, and even the space underneath the cabinets is completely broken. Outside, the property is dirty and neglected. On... top of all these structural and sanitary issues, they still haven't provided me with my mailbox key, making me lose access to time-sensitive, important mail. Instead of fixing their own massive mistakes and addressing basic move-in essentials, they are quick to monitor trash on my very first days and issue warnings. Management's communication is extremely poor, and they clearly do not care about residents once the lease is signed. Avoid this place at all costs if you expect a clean, functioning home and professional service
