Professional Experience; After being in property management for many years I decided to get my Massachusetts real estate license in 1988. My family moved to Florida in 1991 and I received my Florida real estate license in 2004. I started with Coldwell Banker, moving on with Realty Executives, Future Home Realty, Re/Max Elite and now returned to Future Home Realty. Whether I am working with traditional residential re-sales, relocation needs, short sales, or bank owned property it gives me a good feeling to help clients with their most valuable investment. I also manage several rental properties for investors. I represent buyers and sellers in the local area of Northern Pinellas and Southern Pasco. Professional Education and Designations; I attend an Ethics training every four years and take a 14 hour continuing education class every two years to keep current with all the new laws and market changes. I take many on line webinars on numerous topics of real estate. I attend seminars, net working groups and pitch sessions that are offered in the local area. My designations include: Graduate of Realtors Institute and Seller Representative Specialist.
