Fiore Townhomes is a townhome community in Nokomis, FL
What on earth is going on here? There has been no sign of the property manager, Brittny, and the answers about what’s happening around the property have been vague and concerning. The entrance gates are damaged, the dog waste bins are overflowing, and the overall condition seems to be declining. Something definitely feels off here.

The homes are great but the management office could use some assistance. They are under staffed and are extremely hard to reach/get in touch with. While they are very eager to help and are genuinely kind the office needs more assistance to better serve its residence.
