Fiore Townhomes is a townhome community in Nokomis, FL
After posting on detailed and disheartening review, Buzzoto management team finally heard our concerns with the old management. Since then there is a new management team that has made our living conditions much better. On top of that we can finally have someone own up to and keep their word. No more waiting around for 1-2 weeks to get an answer. We would love to have improvements to the complex but one thing at a time.

Declining Property
What on earth is going on here? There has been no sign of the property manager, Brittny, and the answers about what’s happening around the property have been vague and concerning. The entrance gates are damaged, the dog waste bins are overflowing, and the overall condition seems to be declining. Something definitely feels off here.
