the worst place anyone could live!!!!! I lasted in this place TWO years, the elevators stopped working for two months (I DON'T LIE), the carpets are never washed, no hallways, less apartments, they pay one person to clean the three buildings, so it's not the fault of the ladies that is always dirty, cockroaches, smell of drunk and dog urine, you never find parking

Not worth the rent they charge
Pros: nice view, gym, nice valet people, sometimes nice front office.
Cons: no assigned parking unless you pay like $150 a month for it, constantly broken elevators, dog pee and poop everywhere (it's not the dog's fault but the owner's!), pot smell (I don't care if you smoke...I don't want to smell it inside the elevators and coming through my vents). They took like $400 from my deposit to replace a carpet that was old to begin with m. Took like 2 months to return deposit. Double booked the... elevator the day we were moving from the 10th floor. That was fun. Maybe they don't deserve the 2 stars I'm giving them here. Oh, almost forgot the constant hot water issue and the always broken elevators and gym equipment.

Beware of this property
I have lived here a year and have had to go without hot water for a week and without AC. It is a very old building. If you have more than 1 car and need to park on the street you may have to walk 3 blocks. The worst think about the property is the roach infestation. I have been spraying and the exterminators have come and these things are everywhere. I asked a question about the end of my lease and it took 2 weeks to respond. I have seen slums with better living conditions. Besides that the... location is great.

Beautiful BUT....
This building is beautiful and has very spacious apartments but the building itself has chronic boiler and AC issues. So you just have to live with no AC or hot water from time to time!!

Great location just 15 minutes North of South Beach. Small friendly neighborhood with great views and pet friendly! Love this apartment!
