Hello there, my name is Sari, and I am the owner of this property named Home Sweet Home. I have been here 35 years, and I love it. It is located in an... upper-class neighborhood and is quiet and safe. The accommodations are for a large master bedroom with a double king-sized bed that leads into a den/office, whatever you may need it for. In the second room, there is a single bed, along with a microwave, refrigerator, sink, burner, blender, table for 2, and a toaster oven for light cooking. I am located in the heart of North Miami Beach, Florida, and I am just 4 miles from the beach. I am also located about 3 miles from the Aventura Mall, restaurants, and shops, and the grocery market is about 1 mile away. You will be given your key, and the place is private. You will have access to a washer and a dryer, and full parking on the grounds. All utilities are included, and you will have U-verse TV, Wi-Fi, and more. I just want you to have a great stay in Miami, and I will help in any way to make it a pleasurable one. The rent per month is $1,700, and a $250 deposit. I also allow dogs.
