The worst apartments to live in ALL of Miami

To say the least, this is the worst apartment to live in all of Miami. Nothing is ever working. The place is completely disgusting. There is horrid smells coming from all over the place. The people who live here are disrespectful and loud the company does nothing to help. The list goes on. It is disgusting -1,000,000 stars.

Horrible

There are rats in the apartments neighbors are super loud. Something breaks every two weeks. AC works on and off. This has been a horrible experience. I will say the monthly payments are affordable but beware you get what you pay for. I hope anybody who comes across this review that they take into consideration what I am saying. Please do not waste your time and commitment with these people.

very bad building

do not waste your money on these apartments they really don't care about their tenants. elevators don't work grass is never cut building is always dirty and you cant never get someone to come to your apartment to do a repair. Also the property management never answers the phone its a waste of time and money.
