Avoid renting here, here's why:
I strongly advise avoiding The Shoreline at SoLé Mia. When I moved out, I specifically requested a proper inspection of my apartment — but management never did one. Instead, they later sent me a list of nonsense “damage fees” for things I never caused, many of which are just normal wear and tear any honest landlord should expect. To make things worse, they even sent my case to collections, trying to damage my credit score over these bogus charges.
On top of that, their so-called “free month... rent” offer is a trap. In reality, almost every renter is forced to pay the equivalent of one month’s rent to an outside company called TheGuarantors. That company does not protect tenants — it exists only to collect money from new renters while shielding the landlord.
Bottom line: Avoid renting here. You’ll be tricked with hidden guarantor fees, slapped with move-out “damage” charges for normal wear and tear, and even risk having your credit score ruined.
