Villa Sole

I really enjoy living in Sole Mia, the area is amazing, the community is always clean, and they are constantly taking care of our amenities. My neighbors are all very polite and friendly people, which makes a great environment to live in.
I still believe we should aim to have the laguna open more often during the week, and least on holidays. As well as increase the number of guests allowed for at least 4 guest per household.

The staff is friendly. It is very cool that you have social events. The building, gym, amenities and common areas are always clean. I love the weekly yoga classes and bootcamp.

The property looks nice from outside, inside very cheap construction, poor quality of materials and appliances (e.g., oven does not even have light inside). Leakages and flooding is everywhere in the building. Management is mainly focused on getting new residents and not providing good service to current residents. Tons of mosquitoes since swamp is nearby.

We have lived here for just over 2 months and have finally feel like we have found a residence where luxury and security is what you will actually get for your hard earned money! The staff is amazing and if a concern arises it is addressed immediately. It is a new building and with anything new there will be kinks to fix initially, which is anticipated, however maintenance has been nothing shy of amazing in response to anything reported. As occupancy continues to increase daily, I would like to... see the lagoon open more than just the weekends, as not everyone works a traditional Mon- Fri schedule.
