Village Park at Oakland

I’m a current resident. Run as far from this place as humanly possible. The people who live here are so trashy and don’t care about how their surroundings look whatsoever. I’ve been harassed with creepy notes left on my door and stalked. The next door neighbor was removed for squatting and other suspicious activities. Dogs pee all over the walkways and balconies. The lawn is not mowed regularly and is full of fleas. The neighbors cracked my window and nothing was done. Random people banging on... your door at ungodly hours. I have had to call the police multiple times. The buildings sprinkler system totally messed up my car and I am being told that no one is liable, not to mention the random people who sit on your car while parked. All tenants received notice that their power will be shut off for 3+ days for a scheduled maintenance in the middle of august with no sort of compensation. The emergency number will not answer the phone or call you back whatsoever so god forbid you have an emergency. If this isn’t enough to scare you then I don’t know what will. RUNNNNN………….. Read More

Melissa is the "BEST". She has been awesome since day one. She is accurate, courteous, & professional. Looking for a place to live can be stressful, but Melissa made the process stream lined & easy. John also has been very courteous & prompt. I love the property location. It has security, and cameras all over. I love that the office is on premises, & you don't need to travel to talk to a manager. The location is very good & quiet as well. Great location, close to 95 and the ocean, beautifully landscaped, and central to everything. Quiet, family friendly and very well maintained.

THE COMPLEX THAT I LIVE IN IS VERY NICE, IT'S CLOSE TO I-95, RESTAURANT AND SCHOOLS, SHOPPING PLAZA, BANKS. THE AMENITIES THERE IS GREAT. IT'S A GREAT PLACE TO START A NEW FAMILY!!
