    Terrible management.

    Maintenance is AWESOME! Management is terrible. Property is dark, trees overgrown. Appears to be trip hazards throughout the property. Instead of repairs, they are just painting them yellow. Bridges are caving from wood rot and they are just staining them. Retaining walls around the pool area and lake are literally leaning. Make sure you ask about your utility billing usage and the $600 power bills you will get each month because the ac's are original to the property and owners are not willing… to replace. Better options, this is not the one. RUN!
