This community is brand new in an up and coming area. The community is peaceful with no disturbances nor loud neighbors. You get your own private yard with every home. The staff is the definition of helpful and respectful. Like anywhere you rent utilities and amenities are never included in the rent price but it is only $125 added to rent plus water and electric which is very reasonable. Virtually soundproof homes. If you decide to rent here BEWARE that the monthly rent does not include water, sewer, trash pickup, pest control, use of amenities (like the pool) and lawn service is NOT included in the price. All of that is added on each month. Yes, you are paying an HOA fee (adding on 100s) for property you rent.
