We did a walk through advised Rico of bugs in the sink. Which we later found out they were bedbugs. The complex decided to charge us for the treatment even though he hadn't even moved anything In when the bugs were first present. It's not ran well all the way from the top to the bottom. It's not safe or worth it!!! Trash all over.

Two years of roof leaks, mold and absolutely living in filth from the leaks. I have sent letters to the parent companies have submitted many maintenance claims and still have water pouring into my bedroom. If you can don’t ever move here and tell everyone you know the same!

Maintenance is the worst. They they're very sloppy and leave a mess behind them. I often had to fix their "repairs". Office hours are not as officially scheduled, in fact they are rarely open. The complex is filthy with trash often piling up next to broken compactors. Your neighbors are usually noisy and dirty, leaving trash littered everywhere. The facilities are often closed. When I was there, only one pool was ever open, the fitness center was permanently closed, and the laundry had a plywood… window for over a year. They do not clean these apartments. The model in the picture is pure fantasy.
Maintenance is terrible and often does damage when attempting to fix things. They always leave a mess.
Black mold is common in damp areas.
The office is often closed even when posted as open. They are closed weekends.
The staff is rude and unhelpful.
Visitor parking spots are far and few between. You get towed if you take any other spot.
The gym is closed due to vandalism, as is one of the pools.
The place is trashy. As a matter of fact, the dumpsters… are often broken and trash piles up in giant rat infested heaps.
The residents contribute to the trashiness, with littering, loud noise, and police visits being commonplace.
They deduct cleaning and other creative illegal fees from your deposit on move out.
