Westminster Chase Apartments

The maintenance staff was helpful. NOW to the bad parts. I'm an easy-going person and I tolerate a lot from people. BUT...I've had nothing but trouble with the management. Communication was horrible. The manager and her minions have straight up lied to my face, not realizing that I've been in contact with THEIR boss, who is equally as helpful as the manager... not very. The worst customer service I've ever dealt with. They'll give you a sob story about how they are so backed up with… paperwork since they are a new management company that took over. Unfortunately, that excuse only works for the first 3 months. 7 months later, any reasonable person would have enough organization to get around to sending out security deposit refunds to former tenants. I asked one management staffer for their boss's phone number. She said she didn't know her boss's phone number. So I said, "OK, we'll handle this a different way" and hung up. 2 seconds later, she called back and somehow just remembered her boss's number. Funny how that works. If you move in, things to NOT expect are: honesty from management, a safe living environment, fair treatment, happiness. Things to expect include: horrible neighbors that receive weekly visits from our men and women of LAW ENFORCEMENT. (I've had to call a few times and they've been very helpful), domestic violence, open use of illegal substances, intimidation by neighbors towards other neighbors, break-ins, cockroaches, and the immediate feeling that you made the wrong choice by moving here. Don't expect to see your security deposit when you move out. AND let me tell you, you will absolutely move out. Where to start these reviews are lies just look online this year alone there where multiple break ins one on Christmas eve morning 2015 shots fired. Gate was broken 3 months before that and is still broken to this day 5/5/16 do not live here what ever you do there laundry center breaks often and no warnings wasted 5$ in dryers that only spun my cloths 2 times spoke to the office they just shrugged it off all the office people are new they go through office employees every 2 months it seems… maintenance seems to change every couple of weeks it ridiculous if you know people in the neighborhood they will tell yo this place is terrible even worse then my grammar I have a toddler and the downstairs neighbor would blast his music all hours of the night the office did absolutely nothing about it they dont care about anything except there money and it says updated appliances yea right let me take a picture of my stove it's from the 80s also my old dishwasher was from the 70s and they replaced it with one from the 80s pictures will be below please heed this warning it is not safe here from one parent to another DO NOT LIVE HERE Read More

This is one of the few Apartment complexes that provide assigned parking with each apartment. I have looked all over the local area and most do not, even very expensive and luxury apartments do not have convenient assigned parking right out your front door. This is one of the best things going for Westminester Chase.

Great location in South Tampa. Convenient to many things. Basic apartment...no frills. Gated, pets okay, and close to AFB and restaurants.
