This home was completely remodeled from top to bottom, featuring a modern vibe with a mid-century modern twist. The curated design details in this custom-built home give it a cozy and homey feeling. The chef’s kitchen is fully equipped to prepare a meal, complete with high-end appliances, including an electric range. The coffee bar has everything you need for your perfect cup, including a Keurig machine with capsules and packets of tea. The open floor plan dining area includes barstool seating for two at the gleaming white countertops. Large windows provide beautiful natural light, creating a calming and relaxing space. A brand new AC unit ensures your stay will be cool and comfortable. A complimentary washer and dryer are available for your use. The newly renovated bathroom has been custom designed to be a gorgeous space to get ready for the day, with q-tips, cotton pads, and more for your convenience. Shampoo, conditioner, and body wash are supplied in each bathroom, along with 100% ring spun luxury cotton towels. The living room is equipped with a Smart TV and Hulu live, with ESPN and other sports channels, Netflix, and Disney+ available. In the lush backyard space, there is an outdoor dining set with seating for up to 6. Bask in the sun on the hammock lounger or raise the large patio umbrella to cool off in the shade. Guests have access to the entire home and dedicated backyard space. A smart lock allows for convenient 24/7 self check-in. Free street parking and driveway spaces for two cars are available. We live on-site in the main house and like to offer guests full privacy, but we are readily available to answer any questions or offer recommendations.
The home is professionally cleaned and sanitized between each guest, ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness. Check-out time is 10AM. In order to prepare the property for the next guests, housekeeping is scheduled to arrive promptly upon check-out. Late check-outs affect housekeeping schedules and future guest reservations. In the event you stay beyond the original scheduled check-out time, you may incur a fee of up to $300. This is a self-catering home, so supplies are not refilled during your stay. Each bathroom will have shampoo, conditioner, body wash, a single roll of toilet paper, and hand soap. In the laundry room, we provide enough detergent pods for up to two loads. In the kitchen, a paper towel roll, a couple of trash bags, dishwashing detergent, and a sponge are provided. There is a coffee maker, however, coffee is not included.
