Quiet hours are between 22:00 and 7:00. Parties, events, and smoking or vaping of any kind are prohibited in or around the property and risk a fine of $150. Late departures will result in a fine of $150 for each additional hour the property cannot be accessed for turnover. Large messes will result in an additional cleaning fee. Outside of service animals, pets are not permitted at this property. Any evidence of pets will result in a fine. We do not assume liability for any injuries sustained by using the pool. Firearms and weapons are strictly prohibited in the home. Guests will need access cards to use the clubhouse amenities, including the pool and hot tub, which can be picked up at the clubhouse between 9:00 AM and 5:00 PM at no cost. The water dispenser on the fridge is currently not working.

SECURITY DEPOSIT

A $100 refundable security deposit is required to be paid a day before check-in to cover any incidental charges or damages. This deposit will be fully refunded within 10 business days after checkout, pending a room inspection.
