Guests have full access to the resort's heated outdoor pool and Jacuzzi hot tub. Additional resort amenities include a movie theater, playgrounds, sports courts, a fully equipped fitness center, and a sauna. Internet café and meeting rooms are also available. Rent a pack 'n play for $39 (one-time fee) or a highchair for $29 (one-time fee).

Parties, events, and smoking/vaping are prohibited on the property. Late departures will result in a charge for each additional hour the property cannot be accessed for turnover. Large messes will result in an additional cleaning fee. Firearms and weapons are strictly prohibited on the property. Outside of service animals, pets are not permitted at this property. We do not assume liability for any injuries sustained by using the pool. Please follow all safety precautions and use at your own discretion. If any of these house rules are broken, you and your group may be subject to additional charges or be requested to vacate the property immediately without refund. All guests must complete the Enso Boarding Pass verification before arrival. Guests will need access cards to use the clubhouse amenities, including the pool and hot tub. These access cards can be picked up at the clubhouse between 9:00 AM and 5:00 PM. No mailbox is available, and USPS does not deliver directly to the home, but FedEx, DHL, UPS, etc. do. Amazon orders must arrive after check-in, as we cannot receive or store packages. Guests may also use nearby Amazon lockers. All deliveries and groceries are at the guest’s own risk and must be scheduled during the stay only. There are two parking spaces for electric cars with EV charger available near the office for guests. The water dispenser on the fridge is currently not working.
