Overflow parking is available in unmarked spaces throughout the community on a first-come, first-served basis. The community pool is just steps away and requires a pass to enter, which is included in your stay. The Ventura Country Club offers an 18-hole semi-private golf course, pro shop, and driving range. The community is private, but the golf course is open to the public. Tee times can be booked online, with pricing that can fluctuate.
Parties, events, and smoking/vaping are prohibited in or around the property. Late departures will result in a charge for each additional hour the property cannot be accessed for turnover. Large messes will result in an additional cleaning fee. Firearms and weapons are strictly prohibited on the property. Outside of service animals, pets are not permitted at this property. If any of these house rules are broken, you and your group may be subject to additional charges or be requested to vacate the property immediately without refund. The community pool is open from 5am - 9pm daily. Passes for the pool are provided during your stay; a $150 replacement fee will be charged if the passes are not returned by check out.
