Not worth it

Very old apartments that are falling apart. Constant bug issues, outdated appliances, no side walks, not enough parking, poor management and staff - they may be nice, but they not capable of doing anything right.

Alexia was top tier

I was searching for an apartment close to my school and Alexia helped me get settled into these which was perfect. She knew everything there was to know about the apartment complex and area. She was great at giving out information and showed me around. She answered all my questions with no hesitation. Alexia was very sweet, generous and informative. I’m glad she was there to help me and I’m glad I chose living here. If you ever need help, she is the way to go!

Great Staff

Love It Here

I have lived here for 3 years and it keeps getting better. Tons of new improvements to the outside and amenities. They just added a picked ball court which I played with my friends. Office and Maintenance are always great!

Absolutely wonderful community!

Absolutely love this community! When touring the community, I felt right at home. Everyone around including the staff was just absolutely amazing. Esmeralda, Omayra, and Sarah are all so helpful with anything you need!
The amenities are 100% a bonus here with all they have to offer! I mean a CrossFit gym and yoga studio, where else is that offered! All in All, if you are apartment searching, you definitely want to stop by Adele Place! You won’t regret it!
