I would like to point out that the Office team has always been very helpful and has excellent communication, which I greatly value. However, I am dissatisfied with the new payment format related to Bilt, which has made the process more complicated and exhausting. In addition, the current rent is quite high for an apartment that has undergone several transfers and, when compared to units of the same model, I realize that I am paying more than the current value. I appreciate your attention and... hope that these observations can be taken into account. I would even like to renew and stay here, but with these observations it is difficult to even recommend someone to come and live here.

I had a good experience leasing an apartment at Alvista Metrowest! The team was accommodating and helpful, and they made the whole process easy despite being understaffed at the time. All my questions were answered, and I always got a reply back from the team when requesting an update. My apartment was exactly as expected, and the move-in was smooth.

The ladies at the office have been great all along, I always see everyone trying to improve the community. The gentlemen that work for maintenance are the best, always greet you with a smile, always respectful and will never enter without knocking first.

Beautiful area as a whole... Landscape unfortunately not the best as far as maintaining the beauty.....Breezeways are not regularly maintained either.
