The property manager and her entire staff at Alvista are amazing! They are all very professional, great listeners with caring attitudes that put you at ease through the entire closing process. If they say they will do something, they do it and follow-thru. The customer service is excellent at levels with the management team. The apartment we choose exceeded our expectations. I am so happy we choose AlVista !!

Positives: This neighborhood continues to be green, clean and peaceful. I love the views of the golf course and enjoy the pool and gym. Maintenance is responsive and the apartments are spacious. Walking around Lake Debra at sunset is gorgeous and I love how close we are to Publix, CVS and other neighborhood stores. The rent prices are not exorbitant. Negatives: 1)My neighbors will leave garbage and personal items in the hallways for days at a time; it seems like there is no serious attempt at... imposing hallway rules by the Alvista team. 2)My car was broken into and someone attempted to steal it!! we urgently need better security at night. 3)There is a lot of employee turnover, leading me to believe that workers here must not be paid very well or/and must be overworked.

They have a very nice community, with great apartments, a gym, a movie theater, and a swimming pool. The girls who work in the office are also very kind and patient.

Used to be better before all the cost cutting. The old landscapers did such a better job. Wish the entrance gate wasn't always busted. Nice and quiet at least.
