The experience in the community has been good so far. Very clean the residents are nice and engaging. I have had nothing but exceedingly exceptional experiences and look forward to a long rewarding residency.

Halllways dirty but nice community. Hard to get access to gym at night. But good location and nice staff. Wish the signal was better. Overall nice place

The apartment community is very nice, safe, and well maintained. The amenities are excellent and make living here even more enjoyable. The grounds are always clean, and the property is well cared for. The staff is friendly, responsive, and helpful whenever questions come up. It's a quiet community where I feel comfortable and secure, and the location is convenient with easy access to nearby shopping, restaurants, and other essentials. Overall, it's been a great place to live, and I would highly... recommend it to anyone looking for a welcoming and well-managed apartment community

I've lived at this apartment community for a couple of years now, and the only reason I've continued to renew my lease is because of the location. Being so close to Disney, the theme parks, and having the mall within walking distance is incredibly convenient. Unfortunately, that's where the positives end for me.
The fitness center has also been neglected. Much of the equipment is outdated, and several machines show visible signs of rust. It's disappointing to see such an important amenity... receive so little attention.
The biggest disappointment, however, has been the management. The property manager comes across as uninterested and rarely engages with residents. Good management can make a huge difference in a community, and unfortunately, that hasn't been my experience here.
