Ongoing Pest Issues and Poor Management Response
I lived at this property for under a year and experienced ongoing roach issues, despite keeping my unit very clean. I reported sightings across multiple rooms — including the kitchen, laundry, bathroom, closet, and both bedrooms — and provided photos and videos as proof.
Even after several pest control visits, the issue continued. In one week alone, I found three roaches in different parts of the unit. Management and pest control acknowledged my unit's cleanliness but said they couldn’t confirm... an official infestation, so my concerns were mostly dismissed.
My request to end the lease without penalty was denied, and a proposal to pay one month’s rent to terminate early was also rejected. Ultimately, I chose to break the lease and paid a $4,600 fee to move out for peace of mind.
This review is for future tenants: ask detailed questions about pest control, how management handles complaints, and what support you’ll actually receive if serious issues arise.
