Cherry Oaks Apartments

It is a run down complex. They charge you $40 to pay your rent plus ridiculous fees for everything. I’m trying hard not to break my lease and stay just 1 yr but if one more problem arise I’m definitely out of here.

Let me first begin my saying. I am not sure who owns this property but in my eyes they are criminals. Contacting anyone here is impossible. There is one maintenance guy who does everything! Plumbing, electrical work , painting etc. when I first moved into my apartment I struggled with not having power on one side of my apartment. It took forever for the “management” to do something about it. As a work from home colleague having power is essential for me to work. There were rats in my apartment.... Coming from the kitchen ceiling. Rat poop in my clothes , shower and kitchen. They never sent pest control. The landscaping of the apartments are terrible. No one cuts the grass. I called the city of Orlando MULTIPLE times. In order for them to do something about it. I believe that all people should be treated with RESPECT and that is something this company lacks!
