DONT LIVE HERE
Roaches, leaks, no one ever fixes anything, useless staff, everything about this place is bad save your money and go somewhere else. Avoid McKinley in general

Do not move here
All maintenance requests are not done properly. Old A/C units that constantly break down or leak and they refuse to replace. If you live on the ground floor, your patio WILL flood. There are roaches in the apartments, the laundry room and the parking lot. A neighbor's car is now infested w/roaches. Lived in Orlando for 8 years and never experienced the lecel of infestation as seen in this apartment.
Walls are moldy. Apartments smell like mold. Very old apartments with poor upkeep. The... closet doors are metal and constantly come off the hinges. Electric bill twice as much as what I paid in other apartments with more rooms. Moving ASAP. Worst experience ever!
