After a great living experience at a previous Cortland apartment complex I decided to move to Cortland Jubilee Park, because of the quality of customer service received. My move in experience was great, specifically Lyssandra at the office was very kind and helpful and has always been very friendly every time I see her around the community. I’ve been here almost two years now and enjoy the amenities that are provided as a tenant here!

I've lived at cortland jubilee for over 16 Mos. The property is kept neat and clean and maintenance usually arrives within a few hrs of service requests. No complaints thus far.

Amazing!

Jonathan and José were amazing. Did everything immediately, effortlessly, and efficiently! Above and beyond, and greatly appreciated! If I could recommend them I’d do it 1,000 times over! Amazing maintenance skills!

Would not recommend. The apartment is nice, but the shared spaces are disgusting. The door to our building has been broken for two months, so anyone can enter. The gate is also frequently left open overnight, and the pedestrian gates do not lock, so anyone can enter our building from the street. The corporate leasing office doesn't communicate with the local mamagement office, so it wasn'tuntil move-in that they informed us a garage was not available. Nothing was done to rectify this. Parking is... very limited. We also had a pest issue at move in. Last week, trash bags were stacked 10 foit high in front of the trash compactor for at least 2 days. At this price point I expect a well maintained, well managed property. Cortland is neither.

We understand how important it is to feel secure and comfortable in your home, and we... recognize the frustration you've experienced. Please know that our team is actively addressing these issues.

The buildings are on a scheduled cleaning rotation for both interior and exterior spaces, which will be carried out over the next couple of weeks to ensure a cleaner and more welcoming environment. We also apologize for the miscommunication about garage availability and will be working with our teams to improve internal coordination moving forward, and if you still want a garage our team is here to help get you on assigned.

Regarding the recent trash overflow, the compactor was temporarily out of service, which unfortunately led to a buildup. Our service team responded promptly by manually removing the bags one by one and thoroughly cleaning the area before the end of their shift. We’ve also made sure the compactor is back in working order.
