We are brand new! Love love the grounds and the vibe. I mentioned this before but something you wouldn’t know until you are resident: the trash! On my side of the building we can breathe with ease and comfortably as the residents on our side don’t have their trash piled up outside cause of a horrible odor. And it’s not embarrassing when guests comes to visit. So I appreciate that. ( hope it stays that way! )

It’s been great! Parking by my building is never available and the key fob for the gate is too high for me, but that’s literally my only complaint.

Cumberlad park me parece uno de los Complex con mejor ubicación y sobretodo agradable para vivir . Es uno de los Complex que visto con mejor limpieza , seguridad , atencion y reputación. Son Pet friendly que me parece excelente. Lo único que les falta mejorar es el área de juego de parques de perros por algo más grande
