So far it’s a very quiet community in a nice area, move in was simple and smooth and so far even our friends think the place is very nice/ and upgrade from our last apt along with us.

Great place to live nothing on the owners of the apartment but people with dogs needa learn how to clean up after themselves because my 3 year old could hardly walk to the car without having to worry about stepping on bog poop like who lets there dog poop on the side walk and doesn’t clean it

Discovery Palms is a really nice community with a welcoming atmosphere. The grounds are well kept, and the property has a calm, comfortable feel that makes it easy to feel at home. The staff is friendly and responsive, and it’s clear they care about maintaining the community and helping residents when they need it. Overall, it’s a pleasant place to live with a good sense of community.

New management is better the rental management is still not very good. Office was closed way to much over the holidays so several residents could not receive their packages
