Emerald grove is a very peaceful place to live! It’s very close to work and has everything I need nearby. From leasing staff to maintenance workers, they’re all very helpful and quick to respond to the concerns I had.

se solicito una limpieza de las areeas comunes del edificio 40 de emerald grove , se hizo la requisicion por al app , la marcaron como realizada y nunca vinieron . eso paso en dos ocasiones , nos digimos a la ofiina a realizar el reclamo y la respuesta fue enviar dos personas imagino de mantenimiento bien descorteces y mal hablados a decirme que eso no se podia hacer pq ellos tienen una programacion de cada 6 meses , quiero dejar claro que esas areas son responsabilidad de la administracion y es... su deber mantenerla en optimas condiciones , si los vecinos no son lo suficientemente responsables para mantener esa area limpia pues deben hacerselo saber y tomar cartas en el asunto , la opcion que me dieron fue que sino me gustaba pues que me mudara , y eso al terminar mi cintrato es lo que voy a hacer ,

Living here makes me happy the trees are amazing and the easy access to major roads. No cockroach!! It is an A experience living here.
