Do Not Rent
Do not rent!!
From the day I moved in, the apartment had a strong urine smell that I had to clean myself. Dog urine has continued to leak from the balcony onto my screened porch multiple times. I also endured constant severe noise from above: heavy stomping, banging, ball throwing across the floor for hours, dogs barking/fighting, and screaming — often late at night and early morning. I submitted over 24 timestamped videos.
Management claimed there were no dogs and the liquid was “just water... ,” even though a maintenance supervisor confirmed there is a dog (actually two dogs that are rarely seen). The disturbances got noticeably worse after every complaint. Only after I escalated to regional leadership and the CEO’s office did the noise suddenly stop.
I am not the only tenant complaining about noise issues — other reviews mention the same problems. I was forced to move out on June 1 after less than 90 days. It appears management is protecting the upstairs tenants, possibly due to personal relationships, instead of enforcing the lease.
I expect management will reply with another generic response claiming they “addressed the issue,” but the evidence and timeline speak for themselves.
