I have mice and have spoken with every leasing agent trying to get this problem solved. I have submitted multiple work orders after being told maintenance. Had to pull out all the appliances and fill all the gaps as well as requesting pest control. It has been four days and still nothing has been done or even started. I was very clear that I didn’t expect it to be done in one day because it was a different company that had to spray for pests but maintenance has not even come in to attempt to... fill all the gaps and pull appliances. I have even tried to be flexible after taking days off work and nothing happening by calling the office and asking if they could at least give me a couple hours notice so I could come home and be there for the work order but every day it’s getting pushed back that they say it will be taken care of. I was relaxed about the gnats and roaches because Massey came to set traps but not dealing with mice is extremely ridiculous

The maintenance team amazing. Newest crew Tori Keith Christian Lio all are very amazing to get a job done. Fourteen 01 is a nice place to stay. I’ve enjoyed this years.
