I have been living at Grande Reserve now A full year. I enjoyed the neighborhood, apartment, etc so much I decided to renew my lease for anther year. When I first moved in I had a few hiccups but the manager Charlie took the time to make everything better. Any concerns that I have addressed to him he has taken care of. Maintenance staff is amazing as well. My only complaint would be the gym. I would love for the gym to be available 24 hours. I am an early bird & have to be at work at 9, so I... prefer to work out at 6am & cant. I also don't like that residents cannot go through the back gate. It has not been available for years. It would be much more convenient to go thru that back gate sometimes because the front is always backed up. Management please look into those two things-allowing 24 access to the gym & FINALLY fixing the back gate. Other that that I love living here!

If you can go somewhere else please do

From the time I have moved in this place has been a nightmare. Not only are these apartments infested with roaches, but the maintenance team does not know how to properly fix things and close out work orders as if they actually worked on the issue. The management here is terrible and doesn't help the residents. Do yourself a favor and don't move here
