Management has not been good at all about addressing smoking inside of the buildings. Despite several attempts to contact someone via email, I haven’t received a message back and I am becoming increasingly frustrated with the smell of weed leeching into my apartment. Don’t care if it’s medicinal, the lease says no smoking inside units and I would like clean air in the place where I live…

Back gate is still closed. That was my one complaint from months back with my last review. would love a update on that because it has been a MASSIVE issue in my day to day commute.

Honestly loving the HOA, I feel like they get things done which is refreshing. It's quiet and I appreciate fixing the dumpster, hopefully the side gate will be fixed soon too. Building 12 could REALLY use a pressure washing as the floors look gross and the side of the building is starting to mold and mildew bad with the erosion.

Just moved in last week, apartment was clean and ready for move in. Move in went well, but no elevators and we're on the 3rd floor, so have help for your move. Quiet at night, amenities look good once we're settled we will utilize all.

So far, I love living here. The place is always clean and the neighbors are quiet.work orders are taken seriously.Did I mentioned that the apartments are big? Well they are, usually apartments are like boxes this one is big.
